"A Transformational Approach for MSME Growth, Competitiveness and Export Enablement"
The programme aims to create future-ready MSMEs by integrating advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), automation systems, digital business tools, analytics, ERP/CRM systems, cyber security frameworks, and export enablement mechanisms into MSME operations.
The proposed RAMP 2026-27 implementation model is designed as a next-generation MSME acceleration framework that moves beyond conventional training-only interventions. It combines technology adoption, business diagnostics, incubation, pilot implementation, financial convergence, and export enablement into one structured transformation journey. The core intent is to create future-ready MSMEs that are digitally enabled, process-efficient, market-responsive, and globally competitive.
The programme will use pre-vetted industry modules (AI&ML, Advance Marketing Strategy, Supply Chain Management, and Cyber Security) by IIT Kanpur, including inputs already identified from IIT Kanpur and FITT IIT Delhi, and will integrate them with MSME-specific business use cases. The delivery model will be led by IED UP in collaboration with Itech Innovation Foundation, supported by industry experts, technology partners, financial institutions, incubators, and district-level ecosystem partners.
एमएसएमई को भविष्य के लिए तैयार करने के उद्देश्य से यह कार्यक्रम उनके संचालन में उन्नत तकनीकों को एकीकृत करने पर केंद्रित है। इसमें आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस (AI), मशीन लर्निंग (ML), स्वचालन प्रणालियाँ, डिजिटल व्यापार उपकरण, विश्लेषण (Analytics), ERP/CRM प्रणालियाँ, साइबर सुरक्षा ढाँचे और निर्यात सक्षमता तंत्र जैसी आधुनिक तकनीकों को एमएसएमई के कार्यों में शामिल किया जाएगा।
